Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Some items are stocked to order: if an item in your order is temporarily unavailable, processing may take longer. In that case we will email you with an estimated ship date. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over $150 ship free within the United States.

3. Delivery

We ship within the United States via USPS. Typical delivery time is 2–5 business days after the order has shipped, depending on your location. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed: once a package is handed to the carrier, transit time is outside our control.

4. Tracking

Track your package using the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email at usps.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear.

5. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, including apartment, suite, or unit numbers. See our Refund Policy for rules regarding incorrect addresses, lost packages, and redelivery.
