1. All Sales Are Final
All skincare and personal care products sold by KUDARI LLC are considered final sale. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any skincare or personal care products once they have been purchased, including unopened items.
Individual results from skincare products may vary. We cannot offer refunds or returns based on skin reactions, sensitivities, allergies, or dissatisfaction with product performance. We recommend reviewing product descriptions, ingredient lists, and usage instructions carefully before placing your order.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item due to our error, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery at support@thekudari.com.
Your message must include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and its packaging so we can evaluate the issue.
If your claim is accepted, we will provide you with a return address. For items damaged during shipping due to our error, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will physically inspect it and compare its condition with the photos submitted. If the item's condition does not match the submitted photos, or if upon inspection we determine that the product is not defective, we reserve the right to deny the claim. In such cases, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
If the defect or error is confirmed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund to your original payment method at our discretion.
Requests submitted after 3 calendar days of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, KUDARI LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier or your local post office for further assistance.
4. Agreement to Policy
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Return Policy. This policy is visible on our website prior to checkout. Completing a purchase constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
