This mid-strength benzoyl peroxide treatment penetrates pores to target the source of acne, clearing existing blemishes and preventing future breakouts. The exclusive Micro-Smooth Technology delivers micronized benzoyl peroxide that applies smoothly and penetrates deeply with less irritation than traditional forms. Bisabolol soothes while sodium hyaluronate maintains hydration. The 5% strength is recommended for Fitzpatrick types 1-3, and can be given to Fitzpatrick 4+ after acclimation to 2.5% if skin is kept well hydrated.

Ingredients

Active Ingredient: Benzoyl Peroxide 5%.

Inactive Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Glycerin, Propanediol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Bisabolol, Carbomer, Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP Copolymer, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Hydroxide, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin.

Usage Notes

• This product is suitable for normal and oily skin types.
• Can be used to increase from 2.5% Advanced Acne Med.
• Do not give to clients who are allergic to benzoyl peroxide.
• 5%: Fitzpatrick Type:1-3. This can be given to Fitzpatrick 4 and higher after they have acclimated to 2.5%, only if needed, and if the skin is kept well hydrated.
